What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the details you type in: name, company, email, phone, website, budget range and your message, plus the page you sent it from. The tools on this site run in your browser and do not send us what you enter.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

We measure visits and form submissions in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Ask us to correct or delete your details at any time through the contact page.

Questions typed into the site assistant

When you type a question into the box on the home page, the question text is stored so we can see which topics our guides do not cover yet. We store the question, the time, the country and a one day anonymous identifier used only to limit abuse. We do not store your IP address with the question. Answers may be written by an AI model hosted by Cloudflare, using only the text of our own guides. Do not type personal or confidential information into the box.

GPT Ads Weekly

When you sign up for GPT Ads Weekly we store your email address, the page you signed up on, the first page you landed on, the referring site and campaign tags, the time, and your country, city, IP address and browser. We use them to send the weekly email, to confirm the address belongs to you and to stop abuse of the form. Confirmed addresses are kept in our email provider, Resend, so it can deliver the email. Every email has a one click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time through the contact page.
