What we change
| Problem we see | Fix |
|---|---|
| One ad group for everything | Ad groups split by customer need, each with its own page and hints |
| One or two ads per group | Several distinct variations, since OpenAI's system rewards coverage |
| Bids guessed | Bids set from bid strength guidance and adjusted on real cost per click |
| Daily budget surprises | Budgets planned on the weekly cap. One day can bill twice the daily figure |
| Wrong objective | New campaign on the right objective, because the objective cannot be edited |
Targeting
Campaigns carry countries to target, optional platform targeting and optional custom audiences to include or exclude. For most UAE advertisers the first campaigns target the UAE alone, then Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf as separate campaigns with their own pages and currency.
Cadence
Search style daily tinkering does not help here. We review twice a week, change one thing at a time and write down why.
Quick answers
How is the fee set?
Scope and fee are quoted in AED after we review your current ad accounts and tracking. Media spend is paid by you directly to OpenAI.
Who owns the account and data?
You do. The Ads Manager account, pixel, feeds and data sit under your company. We work as invited users.
Can an existing campaign be switched to conversions?
No. OpenAI says the objective and billing model cannot be changed after creation. We build a new campaign and keep the old one running until the new one has data.
