Who this is for

UAE companies who want ChatGPT ads run end to end by people who already handle the account setup, the tracking, the campaign structure, the creative and the weekly numbers, without hiring for a platform that is still new. It suits businesses already running Google or Meta who want a properly built test on a third channel, and businesses whose sales genuinely close on WhatsApp or the phone, where getting the measurement right matters more than getting the ad copy clever.

It does not suit a business that wants to hand over a card and see leads appear with no involvement at all. We need a named contact, quick access decisions and honest numbers from your CRM every week, because that is what a fair test of a new platform actually requires.

What is included

  • Ads Manager account opened and verified under your UAE entity, billed in AED, with your company as the account owner.
  • Conversion tracking built through the OpenAI Pixel and the Conversions API, with the oppref click reference preserved through your funnel.
  • A UTM convention applied to every ad, and a weekly reconciliation of platform numbers against your CRM.
  • Campaign structure built around customer needs, one ad group per need, with context hints and landing pages matched to each.
  • Eight or more distinct title, copy and image variations written per offer, in English and, where relevant, Gulf Arabic.
  • Bids set against the bid strength guidance shown in Ads Manager, and budgets planned on the Sunday to Saturday budget week rather than the daily minimum.
  • One written report a week. What was spent, what came in, what it cost, and what we are changing next, in plain language.

How we work with your existing Google and Meta agency

ChatGPT ads runs on its own account, its own budget and its own billing, so it sits beside Google Ads and Meta rather than replacing or requiring changes to either. We do not ask your other agency to pause spend, change targeting or adjust anything about how they work, and we do not need admin access to their accounts. The one place coordination matters is your CRM: we agree a UTM and lead tagging convention that keeps ChatGPT ads leads clearly distinct from Google and Meta leads, so a genuine channel comparison is possible instead of three platforms' traffic blending into one unlabelled bucket. If your existing agency wants visibility into what we are doing, we are glad to share reporting directly with them.

What you will see in the first report

The first weekly report, sent once campaigns are live, is written in plain language rather than a raw export. It covers what was spent against the planned budget, what came in against the agreed conversion event, what that cost once reconciled against your CRM rather than platform numbers alone, which ad groups and creative variations are carrying the result, and a specific, named change for the coming week rather than a general note to keep testing. In the first one or two weeks, expect the report to focus more on setup confirmation, tracking verified, campaigns serving, review status, since there is rarely enough volume yet to draw a conclusion from performance alone.

The first thirty days, week by week

  1. Week one. Account creation or handover, verification started, billing, logo and names completed, tracking plan agreed, and your CRM checked for what it can and cannot report back to us.
  2. Week two. Pixel and Conversions API installed and tested end to end on a real journey, landing pages reviewed against OpenAI's ads policies, first ad groups and context hints drafted for two or three offers.
  3. Week three. First campaigns launched on click billing, UAE targeting only, while real conversion events start to accumulate against the standard event we agreed to track.
  4. Week four. First full week of data reconciled against your CRM, weak ad groups and creative identified, and a written recommendation for month two, including whether a conversion optimised campaign is warranted yet.

Why WhatsApp and phone sales change what we measure

A business whose leads convert on a landing page form is straightforward to measure. A business whose real sale happens on a WhatsApp reply or a phone call two days later is not, and this is where most of a first ChatGPT ads test either earns your trust or loses it. We build the click reference, oppref, into the lead capture step itself, so a WhatsApp or phone sale that closes later can still be matched back to the ad click that started it, through the Conversions API rather than relying on the browser alone. OpenAI only accepts Conversions API events within the last 7 days, so the sale has to be sent promptly once it closes. Getting this piece right before spend starts is the difference between a report that shows real cost per sale and one that only shows cost per form view, which is a very different, and much less useful, number.

What we need from you

A UAE trade licence, the legal business name, a company card for billing, your logo, and one named person inside your company who can approve landing page changes and access decisions quickly. We also need honest, timely access to lead outcomes from your CRM, since the whole point of the measurement work is to judge the platform on real sales, not on form views.

What you own

The Ads Manager account, the Pixel, any product feeds, and all of the resulting data sit under your company from day one. We work inside it as invited users with the access level needed to do the job, not as the account holder. If the relationship ends, the account, its history and its data stay with you.

What we do not do

We do not promise a cost per lead before we have seen live data, report on impressions or clicks as if they were results, or hold your account under our name. We do not sell SEO services, and if the conversation drifts toward organic search we will say plainly that it is outside what we do.

Where to go deeper

The measurement approach behind this service is explained in full in the conversion tracking guide, including the oppref click reference and why the Pixel and Conversions API work better together than either alone. What things actually cost, and how the seven day budget rule affects planning, is covered in the ChatGPT ads cost guide. Once a campaign is live, the reporting guide explains every metric we report on weekly, and the UAE guide covers what is specific to running this platform for a Gulf based business.

Quick answers

How is the fee set?

Pricing is on request. Your exact fee comes after a short call where we look at your accounts and tracking. We work with a minimum ad budget of AED 5,000 a month (SAR 5,000 in Saudi Arabia), paid by you directly to OpenAI and separate from our fee.

Who owns the account and data?

You do. The Ads Manager account, pixel, feeds and data sit under your company. We work as invited users.

Do you need us to stop Google or Meta?

No. ChatGPT ads runs beside them on its own budget so results can be compared fairly.

What budget makes sense to start?

OpenAI's floor is AED 65 a day. A test that can actually be judged usually needs enough spend to produce at least 15 leads or sales in four weeks, so we size the test to your outcomes, not the minimum.

Do you handle Arabic campaigns as well as English?

Yes. Arabic creative and context hints are written by an Arabic writer in Gulf Arabic, not translated line by line from the English version.

Will you also do our SEO?

No. We work on paid ChatGPT ads only. If SEO comes up in a conversation about your wider marketing, we will say so plainly rather than take it on.

What happens if the first month shows nothing useful?

We tell you that directly, with the numbers, rather than stretch the story. A short first test is still a result. It tells us whether to change the offer, the tracking or the audience before spending more.

How does this fit alongside our existing Google or Meta agency?

As a separate, parallel channel. We do not need access to your Google or Meta accounts, and we do not ask either agency to change what they are doing. The only shared point is your CRM, where we tag ChatGPT ads leads distinctly so all three channels can be compared fairly.

Do you manage automated settings like Creative text optimisation on our behalf?

We review every setting that can change delivery or creative automatically, including one we found on by default in our own account that can generate or translate ad text without individual review, and confirm your preference with you rather than leaving defaults untouched.

What access do you need to our CRM?

Enough to see which leads closed and roughly when, so platform reported conversions can be reconciled against real outcomes. We do not need edit access, and we do not need visibility into unrelated deals or channels.

Can we pause the account ourselves if we need to?

Yes. You hold Admin access throughout, so pausing a campaign, adjusting a budget, or stopping delivery entirely is always something your own team can do without waiting on us.
